Adaptive Edge designs and develops high impact meetings, conferences, and retreats that enable breakthrough conversations and insights. Recent highlights include:

Meeting director for the World Energy Technologies Summit on Leapfrogging the Grid in the Developing World at UNESCO (February 2004). This summit was reviewed in the prestigious Nature science journal; see Leapfrogging the Power Grid (19 February 2004 Volume 427 Issue no. 6976: 661)

Meeting designer and facilitator for FutureScene, the annual gathering for the Global Futures Forum, a network of foresight and futures specialists and companies, in Paul-de-Vence, France (July 2004).

Meeting designer and facilitator on the Future of Retail Banking for the Financial Services Forum in Paul-de-Vence, France (June 2004).

Building of these themes, Nicole Boyer designed and lead the following GBN meetings:

Meeting director of The Clean Revolution: Technologies at the Leading Edge in San Francisco, co-produced with Clean Edge. This meeting focused on clean water, clean energy, clean materials, and clean transportation innovations and explored future sustainable disruptive technologies on the horizon. (May 2001)

Co-director Customers of the Future meeting in New York which tried to reframe and advance our industrial-age assumptions about consumers. (October 1999)
