FUTURE COLLABORATION

Our most important future challenges are shared problems, and thus require new collaborative approaches for working on them.

The is why are strongly committed to convening :

fullarrow Change Labs: Using the U-process, we convene “change labs” with leaders from across sectors to work collaboratively on complex social problems that are “stuck” or defy clear solutions, yet are vital to creating better futures— everything from climate change, political conflicts, trade negotiations, to unsustainable business models. Change labs are long-term engagements, lasting one or more years, and are funded by the participants and third party donors. Change lab members include key stakeholders: a diverse mix of leaders from business, government, and civil society sectors. Learn more.

fullarrow Future dialogues :
We enable groups — even peoples in conflict —to learn together, find common ground, and create shared futures together. We create safe, productive spaces for these conversations to emerge at conferences, workshops, negotiations, and meetings using proven dialogue techniques and “social technologies” like The World Café.

fullarrow Collaborative research :
We design and facilitate multi-disciplinary research groups to work on world-changing problems and issues. We thrive on creating the conditions for breakthrough ideas to emerge, especially when the stakes are far-reaching.

fullarrow Conference design : We have a passion and proven track record for making conferences more interactive, productive and inspiring— and thus worth the scarce resources, energy, and time required to produce and attend them.
